How do I reset my password?

Go to the login screen and tap "Forgot password". You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings in the app, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account". This will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Why can't I hear audio playback?

Make sure your device is not on silent/vibrate mode and that the volume is turned up. Audio playback requires an internet connection for the first play — after that, it may be cached locally.

How do I use Navi offline?

When signed in, save countries for offline use by tapping the download icon on the country page. Your saved phrases will be available without an internet connection.

A translation seems wrong. How can I report it?

What is Navi+?

Navi+ is a one-time purchase that unlocks access to all countries, including any added in the future. Free users can access one country of their choice.

How do I request a refund for Navi+?

Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us directly. Please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support to request a refund.

I purchased Navi+ but it's not showing. What do I do?

Go to Settings in the app and look for the Navi+ section. If your purchase isn't showing, try tapping "Restore Purchases". If the issue persists, contact us using the form below.

Is Navi available on both iOS and Android?

Navi is being developed for both iOS and Android. Check the App Store and Google Play for availability in your region.
