By downloading, installing, or using the Navi application or visiting our website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Navi is a travel phrase application that provides users with essential phrases for travelling abroad. The Service includes phrase browsing, audio playback, favouriting, offline access, and related features. Navi is not a comprehensive language learning platform.

Free and guest users may select one country to access at no cost. This selection is permanent and cannot be changed. Navi+ is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks access to all countries, including any countries added in the future.

3. User Accounts

You may use Navi as a guest without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Purchases & Payments

Navi+ is a one-time, non-recurring in-app purchase processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment terms of the respective platform.

Navi+ unlocks access to all available countries permanently and is tied to your account. It is non-transferable between accounts.

Refunds are handled by the platform through which you made the purchase (Apple or Google). We do not process refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund requests.

Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but any change will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute the phrase content without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Service — including phrases, translations, transliterations, audio, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Navi or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.

7. Accuracy of Content

We strive to provide accurate translations and transliterations. However, language is nuanced and regional variations exist. Navi is intended as a practical travel aid and should not be relied upon as an authoritative linguistic reference. We make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of any phrase or translation.

8. Availability & Updates

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also release updates that change features or require you to update the app. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions or changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navi and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Navi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
